Big shout out to Andy! Called in looking for an estimate for some front end repairs on my wife's SUV. I explained the situation to Andy to get an idea of repairs and his immediate knowledge of the possible needs for my vehicle was exceptional. The man hasn't even seen the damage and was able to give me a detailed explanation of what's going on and how much it's gonna cost me. I will definitely be seeing Andy in the future for my repairs!

Some words of caution before bringing your car here. Brought my car in for an issue to the 2nd smaller lakewood location. Was called later that day saying heres the issue, itll be $1,000 to fix. Said ok great sounds good. I was never was warned hey maybe this isn’t the issue and we’re just trying something. A couple of weeks later the exact same issue popped up again. Found out the location i brought it to was closed so i brought it to the main shop. They looked at it and said we think its this, we can try to reset your ABS unit for $350. Oh and by the way it might brick your system and then itll be over 3 grand to fix. And were also not even sure that this will fix it. So i asked why did i already spend 1000 on this issue if it didnt fix it. Apparently the tech who worked on my car wasnt working there anymore and their smaller 2nd shop abruptly closed so the service writer couldnt find out any additional information. The service writer then explained to me how they dont start with the highest $ repair item and try cheaper things. Not lets find the right solution, lets just guess with your money in higher and higher increments. Essentially starting a pig butchering scam, just gue

This place completely tries to rip you off. All I needed was a new door latch for my driver side door cause it wouldn’t close and these guys charged me 900 dollars for the whole door to get fixed which is what I DONT NEED. I went in yesterday and it took them two hours to realize they didn’t have the parts to fix it until tmrw. Then on top of that giving me a full inspection WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. A new car door latch is just what I need not all of this extra bs.

If you want a shop that actually cares, and doesn’t do it to rip customers off this is the place. They have saved me hundreds at this point with this new Subaru I bought. They are amazingly fair, and Art is the best technician in the entire state. He helped me by debunking issues with my head gaskets. The regional manager is amazing as is Brian, Darian, and all others who work here.

I’ve I’ve been bringing my 2005 4Runner to this location for practically the entire life of the vehicle, and I’ve trusted the business without hesitation. The mechanics have consistently done honest, high-quality work, and that long-term reliability is the reason I’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else. I don’t get the chance to thank the technicians directly, but please know their work has earned my complete confidence over many years. I also want to specifically recognize Alex. He is always friendly, accommodating, and straightforward — a true professional when it comes to customer service. He makes every interaction easy and reassuring, and he’s a real asset to the business. Thanks to management for running a shop that values integrity and treats customers so well.
